FEA (有限要素解析) を使用した当社の CNC ミルド 6061-T6 ビレット アルミニウム アームは、工場出荷時の強度と耐久性を上回るように設計されています。独自のダブル アジャスターは、無電解ニッケル メッキの 4130 クロモリと 6061-T6 アルミニウム回転クランプで構成されており、重量を軽減して腐食を防ぎながら、素早く簡単に調整できます。
球面ベアリングとロッドエンドは、テフロンライナーを使用して、静かな動作、低摩擦、スムーズな関節動作を実現し、負荷時のブッシングのたわみをなくします。ライナーは自己潤滑性と自己洗浄性も備えているため、ストリートやトラックでの使用に堅牢な信頼性を提供します。PTFE ライナーはレースの内径に化学的に結合されており、非常に高い負荷容量を提供し、動的摩耗特性を大幅に向上させます。ライナーの動作温度は -65º ～ 325ºF で、堅牢な信頼性を提供します。
