Temperature valve opening- Nismo: 68 C- OEM: 76.5 CFEATURES:
Nismo Low-Temp Thermostat allows the radiator valve to achieve a lower temperature opening at 68C (Standard = 76.5C). This promotes earlier coolant circulation inside the engine, reducing the power loss caused by rising coolant temperature during high speed driving at a racetrack. The valve opening temperature is set lower to within the vicinity of the threshold valve where a rich mixture boost for a low temperature condition would be triggered.
PRODUCT NOTES:
When the air temperature is low, such as during winter, the temperature of the water within the engine will not quickly rise, resulting in reduced interior heater performance
