Welcome to NizmoPartsPlug: More Than a Part Number

Some people see an old Nissan. We see the project someone refuses to give up on.

The Skyline waiting for that one missing bracket. The Silvia getting its first proper refresh. The GT-R being restored piece by piece, with the owner hunting for hardware most people wouldn’t notice.

We notice. That’s why NizmoPartsPlug exists.

Based in New Jersey, we’re an independent Nissan, NISMO, and JDM parts specialist built around a simple idea: knowing what you’re selling matters just as much as having it for sale. Our Nissan experience goes back to 2009, and we’ve been selling since 2019. This isn’t a passing interest. It’s years of learning the cars, chasing parts, and understanding how one small detail can hold up an entire build.

The everyday parts. The impossible-to-find parts. The little things in between.

Not every order is a rare discontinued piece destined for a show car. Sometimes you need a filter, a seal, or the right hardware to finish a weekend job.

Those parts matter, too.

Our focus includes genuine Nissan and NISMO parts, new old stock, selected aftermarket replacements, maintenance essentials, and hard-to-find components for the cars we care about. Some keep your daily driver moving. Others help bring a long-term project back to life.

We’re here for both.

Real inventory, honest availability

A listing is easy to put online. Knowing what’s actually available takes more work.

Much of our inventory is physically purchased, held, photographed, and inspected by us. We also offer sourcing and special-order options, but those are not the same thing as a part sitting on our shelf.

That distinction matters, especially with older Nissans. A part number can still exist long after the part becomes difficult to obtain.

If an item is marked special order or backorder, get in touch before paying so we can check availability. We’d rather have an honest conversation up front than sell you certainty we don’t have.

Fitment is a conversation, not a guessing game

“Will this fit my car?” can be a surprisingly complicated question.

Chassis differences, production changes, engine swaps, previous repairs, and aftermarket modifications can all change the answer. Two parts that look nearly identical in a photo may not do the same job.

Tell us what you’re working with. A VIN, chassis information, photos, and details about modifications can help us investigate the right application.

The goal isn’t just to get a box to your door. It’s to help you move your project forward.

Can’t find the part? That’s where the hunt starts.

The website isn’t the limit of what we can investigate.

Our Specific Part Inquiries section is for exactly that situation: you know what you need, or you’re trying to identify it, and it isn’t listed in the store.

Send the details. Include a part number if you have one, the vehicle information, and exactly what you’re trying to accomplish. We’ll look into sourcing options and confirm what we can before moving ahead.

Not everything can still be found. We won’t pretend otherwise. But a difficult search deserves more than a shrug.

How ordering works

Start with the product description. That’s where you’ll find application details, condition, quantity included, and any special-order or pickup restrictions.

An in-stock item, a sourced part, and a made-to-order item can follow very different timelines. Oversized or fragile pieces may also need additional arrangements, and some listings are specifically for local New Jersey pickup.

If something isn’t clear, ask before ordering. Especially when the part is expensive, unusual, or part of a conversion, a little conversation can save a lot of frustration.

More than a storefront

The NizmoPartsPlug Journal is another part of that same approach.

It’s a place for conversion guides, sourcing stories, practical lessons, and the details that don’t always fit neatly into a product listing. The missing hardware. The fitment complications. The part you should track down before sending the car to the body shop.

These cars deserve to be understood, not just photographed.

Whether you’re maintaining something you drive every day, restoring a car you’ve wanted for years, or collecting the pieces for a build that’s taking longer than planned, we get it.

There’s a person behind this shop who cares about the details, too.

Welcome to NizmoPartsPlug. Let’s find the next piece of your build.
