WE ARE BASED IN THE UNITED STATES. OUR WAREHOUSE IS IN NEW JERSEY AND REMOTE PICKUP SITES ARE IN FLORIDA.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

TRAKCING INFORMATION WILL BE SENT TO YOUR EMAIL WHEN THE ORDER IS COMPLETE AND UPDATED IN YOUR PROFILE BY THE CARRIER.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

SHIPING SPEED IS BASED ON THE CARRIER SERVICE SELECTED AT CHECKOUT. THE PRODUCT(S) ETA CAN VARY DEPENDING ON STATUS:

IN STOCK ITEMS TAKE 24-48 HRS TO SHIP. SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS TAKE GENERALLY ABOUT 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS TO ARRIVE.

SPECIAL ORDER, PRE-ORDER, AND BACKORDER ITEMS HAVE NO EXACT ETA AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGES.

ORDERS SHOULD BE INSPECTED WITHIN 48 HRS OF ARRIVAL AND NOTED IF DAMAGE IS PRESENT WITHIN THAT TIME.
