Local Pickup Procedure

Step 1: Order Placement and Confirmation

Place an order online or over the phone, selecting the local pickup option

Receive an order confirmation email with details, including the designated pickup location

Step 2: Order Preparation

Our team will prepare your order and ensure all items are available

You'll receive a notification email or phone call when your complete order is ready for pickup

Step 3: Pickup at Designated Location

Arrive at the designated pickup location during business hours:

New Jersey: 368 Spring Street, Union, NJ - Call ahead to confirm as location and hours may vary by day

Florida: Pat Fischer Nissan, Titusville, FL - Call ahead to schedule pickup appointment

Bring a valid government-issued ID and a copy of your order confirmation

Step 4: Order Verification and Handover

Our staff will verify your identity and order details

Inspect your order for accuracy and damage before accepting

Step 5: Pickup and Departure

Collect your order and sign a pickup confirmation

Ensure you have all items and documentation before departing

Important Pickup Notes:

Local pickup is only available at our New Jersey and Florida locations

Orders must be picked up within 90 days of notification that all items are available

After 90 days, a storage fee of $10 per day will apply

If you need to reschedule pickup, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance
