Special Order & Pre-Order — What It Means
What Is a Special Order?
A special order (also referred to as a pre-order) means the part you're purchasing is a genuine, available component — it is simply not something we keep in stock on-hand at our warehouse. Instead, it is sourced specifically for your order directly from our supplier network.
This is common with low-volume, rare, or discontinued Nissan and Nismo parts that are still fully obtainable — just not practical to stock in quantity.
What to Expect
- Your order will be confirmed and payment processed at the time of purchase
- Lead times vary by part — estimated timeframes will be noted on the product listing where available
- You will receive updates as your order progresses through sourcing and fulfillment
- Special order items are non-cancellable and non-refundable once the order is placed, as the part is procured specifically for you
Mixed Orders (In-Stock + Special Order)
If your cart contains a combination of in-stock and special order items, please be aware:
- In-stock items may ship separately ahead of your special order component
- Your order confirmation will clearly identify which items are special order
- Shipping timelines will reflect the special order lead time unless you request a split shipment
