REFUND POLICY

At NizmoPartsPlug, we specialize in premium OEM Nissan/Nismo parts and strive to provide exceptional quality and service. Our return and refund policy protects both our customers and our business while ensuring you receive authentic, high-quality parts.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted on eligible items only. To qualify for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition as received
In the original packaging with all labels and documentation
Uninstalled and in resaleable condition
Returned within 30 days of purchase
Important: The return process depends on the product type. Many automotive parts are not eligible for return once purchased.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are NOT eligible for return or refund:
Electronic parts (including but not limited to: wiring, sensors, ECUs, computers, and other electrical components)
Nissan Motorsports parts (including but not limited to: racing-specific components, performance upgrades, and competition-oriented parts)
Special order products (custom-ordered or made-to-order items)
Perishable goods
Intimate or sanitary goods
Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Certain health and personal care items
Installed parts (parts that have been mounted, connected, or installed on a vehicle)
Opened fluids, chemicals, or consumables
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective part or we sent the wrong item, we'll make it right immediately:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery
No restocking fee applies to our errors or defective parts
We'll cover return shipping for defective/incorrect items
Replacement or full refund provided promptly
Refund Process
To initiate a return on an eligible item:

Include photos if claiming damage or defect
We will review your request and provide return authorization if approved
Follow provided instructions for returning the item
Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected:
We will email you to notify you of approval or rejection
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
Credit will be applied to your original payment method
Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your bank to process the refund
Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns of eligible items. This fee does not apply if:
We sent the wrong part
The part arrived defective or damaged
There was an error on our part
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for return shipping costs on non-defective returns
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund
We cover return shipping only for defective items or our errors
Storage Policy (Local Pickup Orders Only)
We offer 90 days of free storage for local pickup orders
After 90 days, a $10 per day storage fee applies
We will contact you at 60 days with a reminder
Please arrange pickup within the 90-day window to avoid fees
Fitment & Compatibility
We provide fitment information to the best of our ability
You are responsible for verifying part compatibility with your vehicle before ordering
Incorrect fitment due to customer error is not grounds for return on non-returnable items
