OEM factory door rubbers from the bottom half of both doors, these seal between the doors and the body of the car when the doors are shut.
Over time all the rubbers fail, commonly these will will fail around the mirrors becuase they are exposed to outside elements.
Replace those worn out seals with brand new ones ,comes with all the clips needed for install.
