The NISMO RB26DETT Oil separation kit is designed to control blow by oil from depositing into the intake, intercooler, AFM, etc., and return it to the oil pan only. Blow by gasses are not vented to atmosphere, supporting OE crank case ventilation design This kit effectively prevents blow by oil from accumulating in the intake, intercooler, AFM, etc. Instead, it safely returns it to the oil pan as part of its OE crank case ventilation design.
