This design reconfigures the factory AC unit back housing, allowing the AC faceplate to sit perfectly flush with the trim—no more accidental punches while shifting!

By removing the factory AC unit’s back shell and securing it with the included custom PCB housing and backplate, this setup ensures a clean, OEM+ look. If you prefer a slight protrusion, this 5mm bump out version provides an aggressive, modern aesthetic.

Note for GTS-T Owners:
The mounting points for the AC unit differ from the GTR AC unit. The GTST unit has side mounting tabs that protrude, preventing full installation into this trim. PERMANENT MODIFICATION can be done to the GTST AC unit to get this to fit by removing these tabs that protrude off the sides of the unit. IF YOU DO THIS MODIFICATION, YOU CAN NO LONGER INSTALL YOUR AC UNIT BACK TO ITS FACTORY RELOCATION WITHOUT OTHER CUSTOM MOUNTING PARTS. You can cut these tabs flush and the AC unit will mount to this trim exactly like the GTR AC unit.

GTST owners will also need the wiring harness extension kit. The GTST harness ties in differently than the GTR harness and does NOT allow for the harness to be easily rerouted like the GTR.
